  • Abstract
    We report generalized scaling laws of signal distortions induced by intra- and inter-channel Kerr nonlinearities in nondispersion-managed coherent systems and present a semianalytical technique characterizing these impairments for arbitrary transmission lines and wavelength division multiplexing configurations.
