Abstract :
WRC-15 agenda item 1.1 is considering additional spectrum allocations to the mobile service and identification of additional frequency bands for IMT, and JTG 4-5-6-7 is the responsible group for conducting compatibility/sharing studies. Currently, the frequency band 1429-1518 MHz was indicated by several administrations as candidate band for IMT systems. This document presents another compatibility study between IMT base stations and aeronautical telemetry in the frequency band 1429-1518 MHz. It is shown that it is thus feasible to operate IMT system and aeronautical telemetry system in adjacent channel in 1429-1518MHz band.
