Abstract :
The aim of this TCS Programme was to design and develop a portable rapid deployment surveillance system, to be used typically by the police or others for surveillance purposes. The novel surveillance system produced is capable of ascending posts, automatically adjusting to different pole profiles while ascending and descending and being ready to operate within minutes of unpacking. The new product is expected to increase the company´s annual turnover by 20%.
