The utilization of waste heat from electrical generating stations

In the following opening remarks, I do not pretend to have gone very deeply into the subject, the object being merely to suggest points for discussion in the light of my own personal experience of the practical difficulties encountered in attempting to carry out any schemes such as those under discussion. It is hoped, therefore, that members will consider these remarks in the light of suggestions for the development of a useful discussion.
