  • Abstract
A comparison between principal component analysis (PCA) and independent component analysis (ICA) is performed and applied to radiated emissions from a printed circuit board. Magnetic fields with approximately Gaussian statistics are found to lead to closely matching spatial maps of the components between both methods.
