  • Abstract
The magneto-resistance responses of the spin-valve films with a very thin antiferromagnetic layer and a synthetic ferrimagnet trilayer as the pinned layer were investigated. Their effective pinning field increased with a decrease in the difference in the thickness of each pinned layer. The MR responses were examined by calculating the surface energy density and the direction of magnetization
