Abstract :
Trilayered CoFe/Ru/CoFe synthetic films were optimized as the pinned layer of a spin-valve. The thermal stability of the PtMn synthetic spin-valve was investigated as a function of temperature. The thermal stability of PtMn-based synthetic spin-valve was superior to that of the normal PtMn-based spin-valve
