Abstract :
The instrument is the result of the development work started three years
ago when we introduced the Vernier method (1), (2), (3), (4), but since then
other instruments, based on the Vernier technique, have been developed (5),
(6) and used (7). The block scheme of the instrument is shown in Fig. 1.
