Abstract :
In a paper presented at the February 1983 IEEE Winter Power Conference in New York, the authors presented a method of qualifying Class-1E equipment in the socalled ``mild environment´´ (vol. PAS-102, no. 8) WMO17-1. This presentation discusses method surveillance and testing that may be used to maintain equipment qualification in the mild environment, which, when used in conjunction with the method outlined in the aforementioned paper, will provide the total concept.
