Abstract :
The possibilities of global navigation systems GPS and GLONASS for monitoring of the Earth´s ionosphere in real time are presented. The diagram of data measurement and interpretation, as well as the algorithm of parametric identification of inverse radio sounding of the ionosphere used in hardware-software complex are demonstrated. An overall review of the complex and the results of its work are reviewed.
