Abstract :
A pseudo-differential continuous-time transconductor is presented for applications in low-voltage systems over the VHF band. The transconductor is realised using a 0.8 μm CMOS process, and consumes less than 1.5 mW from a 2.7 V supply. A prototype third-order 60 MHz elliptic lowpass ladder filter with transmission zero at 200 MHz confirms the feasibility of the proposed technique for very-high frequency systems
