  • Abstract
    In this letter, we analyze the effect of the fiber Bragg grating-based optical add-drop multiplexers outband dispersion on bypassed adjacent channels to the dropped channel when it is carrying subcarrier modulated signals. The results show a potential limitation in terms of additional harmonic and intermodulation distortion.
