Abstract :
The Berkeley Short-Channel IGFET Model, known as BSIM, is implemented in the Spice2G6 circuit simulator. The latest release of Spice2G6 is known to generate negative output conductance and has convergence problems under certain normal conditions. Improvements addressing these problems are described. Some of these have already been incorporated into Spice3.<>
