Abstract :
Improving the industrail climate is the legend printed on the front cover ¿ is the legend meaningless? In fact, industrial productivity has a lot to do with temperature, humidity and other climatic conditions within a factory. But the climate analogy holds still further ¿ `cooling off periods¿ and `heated arguments¿ are familiar phrases used to report industry´s disputes.
