Abstract :
A set of miniaturized dual-band bandpass filters is presented with a quadruple-folded substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) implemented into each design. They were fabricated using standard low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The bandwidths of both passbands of the filters are adjustable independently by changing the geometrical parameters of the coupling structure. Two filter samples are demonstrated with central frequencies located at 2.4/5.2 and 2.4/5.7 GHz, respectively, and their measured S-parameters agree well with the simulated ones.
