Abstract
Ordinary Rogowski coils with spiral windings and axial returns give interfering signals when exposed to non-uniform fields of non-enclosed conductors. A new structure, using multistranded tubular braids of insulated wires, shows, significant improvement in rejecting signals from nearby conductors
