Abstract
A highly concurrent Gram-Schmidt procedure based on the Schur recursions is proposed for computing the ML criterion of some superimposed signals problems. This approach greatly reduces the computational burden and leads to a pipelined combiner-lattice structure which can compute the ML criterion in real time.
