Enterprise environmental management strategy based on E2-efficiency concept

Environmental management is a new paradigm of operating ecological resources which are viewed as enterprises´ new elements in the ecological and economic form. The pursuit of E2-efficiency reflects the efficiency concept of corporate environmental management. The Corporate environmental management strategy, which takes E2-efficiency as the core, creates and expands competitive advantages to promote the sustainable development by the way of differences in management of ecological environment. A successful environmental strategy has different efficiency concepts, objectives and basic resources from the traditional management strategy, and it has the Balanced Scorecard that can change strategies to actions.
