Abstract :
The competitiveness of an enterprise has a close relation to its logistics capability which makes the enterprise have the advantage in the market. In this study, the logistics capability of the Inner Mongolia postal agricultural logistics was evaluated and optimized as a case. The evaluation index system of the logistics capability was established by a combination of the key performance indicator (KPI) method and the performance prism method. The logistics capability was evaluated by the triangle fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the results of the evaluation, the casual loop diagram of the Inner Mongolia postal agricultural logistics was established using the Vensim tool of the system dynamics. The relation between the indexes was clarified and the bottle-neck that influenced the logistics capability was illustrated by the cause/result tree. The indexes of the logistics capability were improved and the logistics capability was enhanced by the simulation and optimization using the Witness software. The results show that the index system, evaluation model and method are reliable and valid.
