Abstract :
It analyzed the performance difference of different running mode of fund cooperatives in Heilongjiang province on the base of investigation by making use of principle component analysis method. The result was that the performance of fund cooperatives with different running mode are different. The performance of endogenous fund cooperatives (building mainly on the special cooperatives) is good, and the performance of exogenous fund cooperatives (building mainly on the government) is medium, and the performance of spontaneous fund cooperatives (only building on credit cooperation) is not regular, even appear two extremes. In order to improve development of fund mutual cooperatives, enhance running efficiency, our county should supply enough capital, reinforce the management of membership, explicit legal status of fund mutual cooperatives, and strengthen supervision.
