Abstract :
In its most recent membership statistics, CIS has 6,176 members. This places CIS at the 16th position among 38 societies within IEEE. Do remember that this is only the sixth year in its existence since the name was changed from Neural Network Society. We are holding a strong commitment to each and every one of these 6,176 colleagues and students around the world to continue to serve their professional needs. In this highly competitive market, a professional organization is as useful as the product it delivers to meet the needs from its customers.
