Abstract :
The improved regression imputation (RI) based on Brownian motion in this paper performs better than the traditional RI when dealing with the missing degradation data. The imputation data of improved RI is more similar to the real degradation data, because Brownian motion can describe the fluctuation of degradation data better. And the imputation data of the improved RI also has smaller error than the imputation data of the traditional RI. So the improved RI which uses Brownian motion as the stochastic term is more applicable to missing degradation data.
