Abstract
This paper provides a unique approach to improving reliability and reducing cost of legacy systems by applying a systems perspective. It is applicable to the topical areas of Business Process Improvement and Economic Models for R&M and is intended for intermediate attendees who have a basic understanding of the elements of R&M.
