  • Abstract
Based on the survey of 631 employees and their immediate supervisor, we try to investigate the relations between interactional justice, work tension, employee with drawal behaviors and achievement motivation. Through statistical analysis, we find that work tension has a mediating effect between interactional justice and employees withdrawal behaviors, achievement motivation is a moderator between work tension and employees´ withdrawal behaviors, which will reduce the frequency of employee withdrawal behaviors because of their work tension. While the moderating effect of achievement motivation between interactional justice and work tension is not proved in this study.
