  • Abstract
In current innovation-driven development mode, how to encourage high-tech enterprise independent research and development and innovation has become a concerning issue in many fields. The factors within enterprise have gradually become research hotspots, such as organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) and knowledge management activities. Based on the theories of OCB, knowledge management and innovation performance and the existing scholars´ research conclusions, this study constructs a relationship model of these three variables. Then it conducts an empirical analysis, taking the high-tech enterprises in Changchun as research objects. There are several conclusions coming out as follows, OCB is helpful for knowledge management, but not obvious to innovation performance. The indirect influence path effect of OCB on innovation performance via knowledge management is much better than the direct path effect. Therefore, the authors suggest that enterprises, which want greater innovation growth, should be committed to managing knowledge and making their staff conduct innovation from the perspective of knowledge management.
