Abstract :
Through a series of computer simulation experimental studies based on the agent, we examined the influence of team leaders´ individual learning strategies on organizational learning. Results show that, for both learning from team members or learning from other team leaders, team leaders should choose appropriate individual learning strategies in order to improve organization learning. On the one hand, team leaders should carry out the tasks related to personal learning so as to effectively solve the problems associated with the task accurately and further improve the operational efficiency of the team. On the other hand, team leaders should not inhibit their subordinates´ individual learning because of their professional power, which means they also need to provide resources and opportunities for their subordinates, and motivate team members to be the true subject of organizational learning and to actively look for the answer to solve the problem.
