Abstract :
The features of a service system and its user terminal developed to deliver the whole of the text of newspaper articles to subscribers are described. Using terrestrial data multiplex broadcasting, the service system enables one to to distribute information at low cost. The user terminal possesses both the portability and the stability of the transmission, and it is designed to be used easily even by people who are unaccustomed to electronic devices
