Abstract
On the basis of our involvement in the technology sector, we believe that Australia views e-commerce as the use of modern technologies to conduct business transactions and make online interactions easier. Transactions involve the Internet, as well as smart cards, automated phone systems, and electronic communications to solicit, service, and maintain business relationships. Overcoming trust issues is a top priority for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business e-commerce in Australia
