Abstract :
Under transitional economy, the policy-making process of Chinese electricity firms is influenced by both group´s strategies and exterior institutions. Based on institutional isomorphism, this paper discusses the impact of institution on this type of companies. According to the research, we found out, for the electricity firms in China, both field isomorphism p and group isomorphism will exert impact on electricity companies´ behavior; moreover, field isomorphism has more pressure relatively.
