Abstract :
Taking the impact of globalization into account, the process of low-carbon technology innovation in Chinese manufacturing (LCTICM) is divided into three main phases: global low-carbon R&D, global low-carbon manufacturing, global low-carbon marketing and the risk factors of each phase are deeply analyzed. On this basis, the risk evaluation index system of LCTICM under the conditions of globalization is constructed. In addition, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on triangular fuzzy numbers are combined and used to evaluate the level of LCTICM risk under the conditions of globalization. The results show that the overall risk of LCTICM under the conditions of globalization is above the medium and the risk of global low-carbon R&D is slightly higher than that of global low-carbon manufacturing or marketing. In closing, a ranking of the evaluation results is provided as a reference guide for the selection and implementation of measured responses.
