Abstract :
Environmental technology innovation has become an inevitable choice of adapting to low-carbon economy and gaining competitive advantage for equipment manufacturing enterprises. The evaluation indicator system of environmental technology innovation capacity is constructed by referring to domestic and foreign literature and considering the influencing factors of environmental technology innovation,in order to objectively and exactly dig and evaluate environmental technology innovation capacity. The evaluation model of environmental technology innovation capacity is constructed based on optimal combination weights, and do empirical analysis on environmental technology innovation capacity and its influencing factors of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry in 2010. The results show that Expenditure on R&D, Full-time Equivalent of R&D Personnel, Patent Application, Sales Revenue of New Product, Product Output Value of “Three Waste” Comprehensive Utilization, Enterprises Funds have important effects on environmental technology innovation capacity; the environmental technology innovation capacity of Manufacture of Transport Equipment and Manufacture of Communication Equipment, Computers and Other Electronic Equipment is greater. Results have guidance functions in further analysis and refine the influencing factors of environmental technology innovation capacity of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, thus provide theoretical and practical basis for promoting environmental technology innovation capacity of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry.
