Abstract :
Based on the high-tech industry development mechanism and dynamic process, this article attempts to analyze the associated coupling range of the high-tech industry in the technology research and development stage, industrialization stage and large-scale development stage, and find out the optimal mode for the high-tech industry development and best investment objects for industrial investment fund. From analysis on the high-tech industry development mode, we can summarize that in the new paradigm of industrial development, the improvement of the technical and economic benefits of high-tech industry, the reduction of investment risk comes from its own internal structure regularity. Industrial investment fund should choose the optimal mode of the parallel associated coupling in three investment stages, thereby enhancing economic efficiency and reduce investment risk.
