Abstract
The article sets the urban area and 14 suburbs of Chengdu as the research object, along with selecting ten important indicators that influence the housing price, adopting the method of factor analysis and utilizing SPSS software, in order to analyze the housing price in Chengdu. Two representative indicators, i.e. the regional economic development as F1 and the regional fixed-asset investment as F2, are screened out. In the end, the score of the factors and the synthesis score are calculated, and each districts, cities and counties of Chengdu are ranked, after which the relevant suggestions and measures are put forward.
