Abstract :
This paper takes Zhenan County as the analysis samples of mountainous counties in southern Qinling piedmont of Shaanxi, using the ecological footprint of the revised model estimates the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Zhenan. The result indicates that per capita ecological footprints of Zhenan reduce from 1.62 to 1.57 and the per capita ecological carrying capacity of Zhenan reduces from 1.69 to 1.58 from 2006 to 2012. From the Ecological footprint of ten thousand Yuan GDP declined from 2.51 to 0.82, the resource utilization of Zhenan increases gradually and the pattern of economic development continues to good trend. Ecological deficit of those counties mainly rooted in consuming of resource by mining, damaging to wetland and forest by urbanization and contaminating in earth and water by sewage. So considering the capacity, building access policy and compensation mechanism, developing new energy and tourism, and encouraging immigrant should be focused.
