The European Railway Agency (ERA) should be transformed into a single safety certification and vehicle authorization body for Europe, according to a joint vision for the future presented by the Community of European Railway (CER) and infrastructure companies and supply industry association former Union des Industries Ferroviaires Europeenes (UNIFE) on 28 February.
