Abstract :
Every person conducting research on dielectrics is requested by the Division of Engineering of the National Research Council to tell that body the specific problems on which he is working. All information received in this way will be tabulated and used by the Committee on Insulation in this Committee´s efforts to coordinate research in this field and thus eliminate unnecessary duplication.
