Abstract :
In this paper, an accurate and fast behavioral model of a complete bulk current injection (BCI) test bench is proposed. A simulation procedure was applied to a 3-wire link between an engine control module (ECM) and a fuel pressure sensor, actual electronic devices used in the automotive industry. The simulation procedure consisted of two steps. First, the transfer function between the components of the system was determined. Then, the numerical results were scaled in order to simulate the real conditions of the frequency-dependent amplitude of the generator and the current injected into the system.
