Abstract
This paper reviews the present position of the electrical engineer in relation to those problems of administration which are becoming of increasing importance in the management of all industrial undertakings and public service organizations. The necessity for suitable training at an early stage is emphasized, and the educational facilities now available are examined, with the object of encouraging the young engineer of to¿day to equip himself systematically for the duties and responsibilities of an engineer administrator.
