Abstract :
The purpose is to highlight the equivalence of the common mode impedance presented to the noise source of the motor drive with the impedance of an antenna. Designable parameters such as the length of the cable or the height above the ground have been taken into account. The equivalence is demonstrated with an experimental investigation of two structures: on one hand a motor and its cable and on the other hand its equivalent antenna structure.
