            Abstract : 
An undersized and speedy measurement system for Wi-Fi radiation performance is presented. To overcome the lack of a standard measurement system for the newly released standards, we adopted the non-signaling mode emulator to our system. To realize this, a physical interface between the control PC and device under test (DUT) is added to support direct chip control techniques. Some peripheral hardware devices and a test program are developed as well. To provide much faster test environment in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi band, we modified the test method and introduced a sensitivity prediction algorithm to our system. A new optimization algorithm is also embedded into the new test program to obtain more accurate results. The test results with 18 mobile phones show a good agreement within an acceptable tolerance level when compared to the commercial chamber one. The extended scope of the proposed system covers not only the legacy 802.11b/g/a standards but also the recently commercialized 802.11n/ac standards.
