            Abstract : 
Modulated blue light was generated by directly modulating a tunable distributed Bragg reflector laser diode, which was coupled to a quasi-phase-matched second harmonic generation waveguide in MgO doped LiNbO3. The peak power of 17 mW was measured at a modulation frequency of 20 MHz
