  • Abstract
Applicants for corporate membership of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) must demonstrate that they have undergone training which satisfies the requirements of the IEE´s training regulations. Following a review of these requirements in 1984, the IEE established a process for accrediting the training provided by companies. This article reviews this process and draws attention to some of the objective and critical feedback which it provides and which can be of benefit to the employer
