Abstract :
Flux grown KTiOPO4 wafers were periodically poled by an electric field. Continuous quasi-phase-matched waveguides were formed on these substrates by Rb-diffusion without bi-valent ion additives. The waveguides exhibited efficient second harmonic generation and superior thermal stability
