  • Abstract
    The authors report an integrated optical polarisation analyser fabricated in a silica waveguide on silicon, which consists of a waveguide-type polarisation beam splitter and an integrated optic 120° hybrid. This is a compact and stable polarisation analyser that does not use any bulk optic components. Polarisation measurement was performed successfully with the fabricated analyser
