  • Abstract
    A power meter for measuring transmission power in optical fibres has been developed. A thermistor element is used for the power sensor, and can be calibrated by the calorimetric technique. It is available for power levels of 1 μW~10 mW at wavelengths of 400~1600 nm with an accuracy of 2.5~0.5%
