Abstract :
Rapid changes in digital-display and display-module design are underway, fuelled by the development of ultra-miniature circuit technologies. In particular, surface mounting is enabling designers and manufacturers of digital displays to increase functional density and reduce dimensions. The result is that a complete subsystem can be achieved, accepting standard analogue inputs, with a package size no larger than the display itself
