  • Abstract
    A simple measurement system which quickly obtains the relevant parameters Voc, Isc, Pmax, and Vmax of a solar cell under illumination has been described. The system has reasonably good accuracy and should save considerable testing time and effort in applications where a large number of solar cells have to be tested, characterized, or matched.
