  • Abstract
This paper is presented a longitudinal critical refracted wave with the linear frequency modulated incident waveform for ultrasonic stress measurement. With the wave enhanced in energy and resolution, the measurement result has the better performances in travel distance, accuracy and the linear relation between the measured stress and the travel time than those of the traditional method, through the theoretical verification and the numerical simulation.
