Abstract
A fully differential, wide bandwidth and good CMRR current operational amplifier is presented. The proposed circuit employs a tapped cascode current mirror as an input stage and simple common source stages as an output stage. To enhance the common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), a high impedance node is implemented by two cross-coupled simple current mirrors. SPICE simulation is carried out
