Abstract :
Main steam temperature is an important parameter in thermal system of the coal-fired power unit, whose control quality directly affects the safety and efficiency of the whole thermal power unit. It has large time delay, big inertia, time varying and nonlinear characteristics which make it difficult to get effect perfectly. This paper uses principle component analysis to ensure the main variables of effective the main steam temperature, then considers the relationship among these variables and the impact characteristics, to designed a novel feedforward control strategy combine SVM and conventional PID. Through the simulation of this control method and analysis on the control quality, the result shows that this control method has feasibility and better control effect which overcomes the effect of the load disturbance big range ability and frequent to main steam temperature.
